Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a tour. The notice period is measured against the scheduled tour start time.

• At least 2 days before the tour: You may request a 50% refund or reschedule the tour, subject to availability.
• Within 24 hours of the tour: No refund is available.

For requests made between 24 hours and 2 days before the tour, contact our team to discuss the available options. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the operator cancels or changes a tour for safety, weather, river conditions or operational reasons, please contact the team to arrange an appropriate alternative.
